MORE Mission:
Motivated by love and compassion, MORE Project dedicates itself and its resources to those impoverished masses marginalized and ignored by society. We will do everything in our power to restore families living in desperate poverty around the world. Our philosophy and methodology is simple: provide food and shelter, and empower individuals with the education, skills, resources, and support they need to forever break the cycle of poverty for them, their families, and future generations.

Dear Friends –
I am continually amazed at the good that takes place when tragedy happens in the world. In April of 2011 we traveled to Japan to witness the aftermath of the tsunami tragedy and to offer needed aid. I was overcome with tears as I witnessed the devastation and the pain that existed in the lives of the victims of that castastrophe. I was also overwhelmed by the gap that existed between those who received help and the seemingly hopeless. That same sense of humility and compassion came to me once
again as we traveled to Thailand and saw the damage done by massive floods. My spirit, however, was bolstered, to know that we were able to offer a glimmer of hope to those impacted through your kind and caring donations to the MORE Project. As I participated in the tsunami and flood relief efforts and watched the hope return to the hopeless I gained confidence in the fact that we still can make a difference in people’s lives and we did!

You may not have personally witnessed these acts of service and love in Japan and Thailand, however, I know that you too have experienced challenges in 2011. In this economically challenging time, most of you have seen friends and neighbors lose jobs, your personal businesses may have struggled a bit, and yet, I am amazed that your commitment to give remains strong. It reminds me of the story of the widow’s mite and how sometimes we wonder if our contributions are enough to make a difference, and I assure you that they do. Your contributions in 2011 have enabled us to expand our youth programs in Brazil, to add classes to our Crèche program, to strengthen our offerings through the Believer’s program and to expand the reaches of the MORE Project outside of Brazil. We couldn’t, of course, accomplish any of this without your support. May God bless you for all that you do. We love you and are honored to continue to serve you as we battle to provide hope and help to those less fortunate. Together we can change lives, day by day, one by one!

Troy Dooly Interviews Onyx Coale To Find The Real Reason She Retired From MonaVie

Coale_Onyx

Last week I had the privilege to interview my dear friend, and MonaVie Presidential Black Diamond, Onyx Coale. Seven years ago, this single mom of three joined her first network marketing company. Now seven years later, after starting at the bottom of what some critics have called a “male dominated” company, she has worked through each leadership rank, to build on of the most successful international marketing and distribution organizations in all of direct sales, not just MonaVie…

…In the process, she has helped men and women worldwide change their lives forever. Now she has retired from MonaVie, to carry on her personal mission of empowering women, no matter what their role is in life. To show them, they can accomplish whatever their heart’s desire… If they are willing to work to achieve those dreams and make them a reality.

Coale_Onyx

Onyx Coale is very clear on her mission, stating “My road to success with MonaVie has been paved with desire and vision of serving others.” I have seen this passion firsthand.

Back in 2011, I watched as Onyx Coale presented an amazing coaching, and brought some of the most successful networkers to the edge of their seats, when I covered the first Real Savvy Success women empowerment conference in Orlando, and again later that year in California.

It is one thing to get your personal organization, or even the average network marketer to listen, but to grab the attention of your peers, in the top 5% to 10% of all income earners, goes to show the influence Onyx has gained in just seven short years.

Dallin Larsen Is Back At The Helm Of MonaVie With A Renewed Passion

MonaVie

Dallin Larsen, has been one of those leaders who throughout the last few years has played a role in my life as a distant mentor. He has also been one of those CEO and Founders who when I had questions or concerns has always taken time to listen and respond. I think his words below are something all distributors in network marketing can gain some wisdom.

When I was a young boy, probably 13 or 14, I became convinced, through a friend, that if I invested $100 in some US Bonds as part of a “get rich quick” program spreading through my hometown, that I would make $10,000 over the next 30 days by placing my name on the bottom of a list. Daily, as others got involved, my name would be moved up the list and, within four short weeks, I would begin receiving checks in the Larsen family mailbox in Rexburg, Idaho. I was so excited!

So, I took the $100 out of my savings account, which represented most of my savings from mowing lawns and delivering papers, and jumped in. I was going to get rich! I still remember to this day my dad saying something along the lines of, “Oh boy, looks like you’re going to have to learn at a young age what a Ponzi scheme is. My advice is not to do it, but sometimes you have to learn life lessons from your mistakes.” Thirty days later, I was dejected when, with each passing day, I would go out to my mailbox and no checks were there. I felt foolish, stupid, and upset that I didn’t heed my father’s advice. And I was equally upset at the person I trusted who led me down the wrong path. As part of this teaching moment, my mom said, “Dallin, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.” I decided then and there that I’d never again fall for another get rich quick scheme. $100 was a lot of money back then to a young teenager.

Recently, another exciting venture may have crossed your path, promising riches within weeks. Some may have been lured into what will undoubtedly not be the last “get rich quick” scheme coming to your city or state. People are desperate and need money; I understand that completely. However, my strongest advice is to stay away from such promises; for, in the end, they undoubtedly all get shut down, leaving scores of families with broken dreams, shattered relationships, and diminished savings or credit card debt. We each have a certain amount of credibility. When we steer people into questionable opportunities, however well intended, that credibility is diminished, rarely to be fully regained. Be wise, my friends. Your credibility depends on it. With that being said, I’ve certainly made my share of mistakes in life and am grateful for those who gave me the room to grow from those mistakes. I encourage all of us to offer that same room to others.

In contrast, MonaVie is a solid company with a legitimate product that is consumed and reordered. We have an A+ rating (the highest rating possible) with the Better Business Bureau. For almost eight years now, we’ve paid commissions each and every week without fail. I’ve never said that MonaVie offers a get rich quick program. I’ve stated over and over again that it takes time, effort, commitment, and hard work to become financially independent in MonaVie, but it’s proven to be possible for those willing to create the character traits and skills necessary for extraordinary results. MonaVie is a company you can plant yourself in and grow. I left the office one day this past week, called my wife Karree, and told her I felt better than I’ve felt in years about the next chapter for MonaVie. My friends, our future is bright.

I want you to know how proud I am of those who have been in the trenches; those who were on the recent Cruise for Gold trip, being rewarded for their efforts in advancing to the rank of Gold Executive. I’m proud of the moms and dads who are putting on Home Business Reviews. I’m proud of the folks who shared their life changing product stories with me recently in Cleveland, St. Augustine, and New Jersey, as well as on Cruise for Gold. I’m proud of those who are trying to live their lives with God, Family, and MonaVie, in that order. Karree and I are looking forward to being with you in Anaheim! Once you are introduced to VIEW and how we will be proving the value of the MonaVie products, along with our other initiatives, I believe you’ll agree with me when I say that our future is bright!

Keep growing,

Dallin A. Larsen
