Below is an investigative report showing expressing the same issues I have raised for over a year.

Top Waiora Leader Korey Johnson shot what he calls the Chava Minute, and after reviewing it, I thought it was a great way to train your organization. It doesn’t matter what company you market for, this is a fast and simple way to support your team.

MLM News: Youngevity and Escape International Strategic Partnership Official Press Release

We broke this story late Saturday night, as the ink was drying on the strategic partnership agreement. This is a great move for both companies. I know both Steve Wallach and David Rutz, and this alliance is a great move for both companies.

Now, already I have heard grumblings about the fact Escape is leaving behind their compensation plan for the Youngevity compensation plan. I want distributors from both companies to remember, it’s never about the compensation plan. It is about your belief in the leaders and the product line. If you have faith in the products, and the leaders, then the compensation plan will pay you very well.

If you do not believe in the leaders and the products, you can have the best compensation plan ever created, and you will never make a dime.

Here is the official Press release:

MLM News: What Is Happening Inside The Direct Marketing and Network Marketing World

MLM News Desk Week In Review:

Ceres Living: Ceres Living just approved the launch of Rapid Builder Pro. This new online system brings the top SEO and Tracking feature and ties them into some of the best marketing videos and ad copy I have seen in a while.

Efusjon Health Club: Late last year MLM Attorney, Kevin Thompson along with his partner filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of former, current and future Efusjon distributors. Well, according to Kevin Thompson’s blog at The MLM Attorney, the Efusjon class action case has been settled.

GBG Life, Health, Wealth: July 1st, GBG will be increasing the cost of their flagship product, 10-in-one Liquid Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, by $10.00. However, at the same time they have enhanced the compensation plan, and added some powerful new training. Stuart Finger and his team have created a MLM company to keep an eye on.

Revolucion WorldWide: Derek Broes and his partners have launched a very interesting new Whole Food Supplement company. Their two new products “Start” and “Defense” are unlike any other MLM Energy Drink or Antioxidant Tea that I have tried lately. One thing which I truly love about Revolucion is their mantra – “Servant Leadership Builds Longevity! We will be doing a five part series on this company in the near future.

Zoom Mobile: Zoom is still in their pre-launch and have already caused waves in the MLM Wireless Wars. George Burton has years of experience in the entertainment industry, specifically producing some very hot, up and coming artists in the music world. Earlier this year he set his eyes on launching a MLM Wireless Company. Zoom is not without controversy. George, and some of his closest allies and top field leaders came from WOW Mobile. Having talked with George and his corporate attorney Matthew Foreman, I get the feeling this company is here to stay.

Qivana: Here is a company founded by four former XanGo insiders, and the former CEO of Univera Sciences. A new catagory creator, this company is breaking some pretty huge records. Derek Hall a Co-Founder and Chairman of Qivana, was just named the Chairman of the Board of “The Natural Product Foundation.” Derek Hall is one of the most respected leaders in the natural health field, and this new position helps to enhance the overall focus on Qivana.

Liberty InternationalWOW Mobile“: Liberty International has faced some huge issues over the last few months. Their Tier 1 Carrier, T-Mobile had stopped shipping Sim cards, and phones to Liberty. And on top of that, they refused to activate any new accounts. Well, now Liberty has cut ties and will be entering into litigation in the near future according to Liberty’s founder Randy Jeffers. They have also inked a new deal with a PCS Carrier and will be launching a new catagory creating service called WOW TV in the near future.

Monavie: Monavie will be celebrating in Salt Lake City this weekend at the annual International “Vision” Convention. This event is right on the heels of the company entering into the German market. Another great piece of news is the fact MonaVie sponsored Professional Wakeboard Rider Raimi Merritt just took 2nd at the MasterCraft Wakeboard Tour. Some great things are taking place in and around MonaVie.

Global Verge: MLM Wireless Pioneer Global Verge, has come out of their silence, and over the last few weeks, won a major victory against their critics (me included) and their former strategic partners Zer01 Mobile and Ben Piilani. the Clark District Court in Nevada awarded Global Verge a $44 million dollar judgement. On the heels of this win, Global Verge’s legal team has started serving former, employees, strategic partners and top triple diamond e-associates with cease and desist letters and or filing new civil complaints against them. Derrick rodgers the CEO of “People Helping People Inc” aka PHPI seems to be hiding from the process servers, and other leaders are doing their best to keep out of the lime light.

Vemma: Vemma the brain child of BK Boreyko has really been active this year in helping to promote nutritional health in children worldwide. Through their “Vemma NEXT Project” they are sending tens of thousands of dollars in NEXT children vitamins to places such as Haitti, Nashville Tn, and places in between. They have also teamed up with the Children’s Miracle Network, Feeding America, and many others. This is truly a company that walks it talk.

MLM Wireless News: Derrick Rodgers and Rick Presley of PHPI aka People Helping People Inc Listen To Their Field Leaders

Well over the last few weeks we have seen litigation launched between Global Verge and People Helping People, Inc. And to date neither Derrick Rodgers nor Rick Presley the corporate leaders of PHPI have reached out personally or through their legal counsel to give us any type of official response. However, over the weekend several of their field leaders have reached out to give us some inside info…

Over 30 leaders from corporate and the field were at the meeting held on June 16, 2010. This meeting may completely set the stage for the future of this company based on the fact Rodgers and Presley, were willing to sit down with those MLM Pros, who are in the trenches daily doing their best to spread the message of People Helping People.

Now, I have no clue where all the litigation will end up, and I am still very concerned for distributors from all of the companies. However, if the corporate officers and equity partners are willing to keep their field force happy, and the two-way communication flowing, then maybe, just maybe the legal teams from both companies can hash out all the differences and get on down the road.

If, not, then it will still be a bumpy ride.

Here are a few of the high points from the PHPI meeting last week.

Direct Selling News, using data from Lexis Nexis, Hoovers, Dun & Bradstreet, professional researchers, Standard & Poor’s, personal interviews, corporate websites and others, we are proud to offer this list. When verifying data, every attempt was made to reach a company spokesperson to gain input and approvals. This was not possible with all companies. We also unequivocally recognize that research and voluntary reporting cannot provide the entire picture of our industry.
