Global Verge Investigators Discover Chris Greco MLM Wireless Activation King Dead!

After 9-months investigating Chris Greco, the self-proclaimed Saddam Husein of MLM Wireless, Global Verge attorney, Brian Hardy notified me late last night, that Global Verge investigators found Chris Greco died on August 29, 1989.

without a doubt this has been one of the craziest weeks in the MLM Wireless Niche. Here is a small recap:

1. Chris Greco, Debbie Holton and Steve Christman break from Kevin Sipes and TechSoft due to unpaid commissions, purported fraud and questionable business tactics which include displaying the following purported proprietary Panther Mobile documentation and other companies such as GiConnect.

2. Micah Collins of HBizNews.com reports Bankruptcy Trustee reopens Liberty International no-Asset Bankruptcy – Click To Read!.

3. Brian Hardy, Global Verge’s Attorney announces final Settlement Agreement with Panther Mobile, Inc. And notifies MLM Help Desk that the individual who calls himself Chris Greco, the owner of Activation King Wireless is not the real Chris Greco. That the real Chris Greco died at age 14 in California.

Global Verge Settles With Panther Mobile

Hey I want to get a little update out on the MLM Wireless Niche, especially an update on People Helping People, Inc. aka PHPI and the legal action involving Global Verge.

Last week I shot a video and wrote an article stating… At that time PHPI nor Derrick Rodgers had, in my opinion hired any world class law firm. I based my opinion on the fact a world class law firm would not allow their client to put out any type of marketing email statement, or any statement as far as that goes, which could hurt their case in court.

Well it has come to my attention that the law firm Throndal, Armstrong, Delk, Balkenbush & Eisinger of Las Vegas has been retained by Derrick Rodgers to represent People Helping People, Inc, and I must assume Derrick personally against the civil complaint filed by Global Verge.

As more becomes available form both sides through the court we will get it up so all distributors can be kept up to date on this pending issue.

In other areas of the MLM Wireless niche…

Chris Greco has parted ways with Global Pros, and joined Kevin Sipe to launch TechSoft Mobile. Now from our understanding, and we are still digging into all the facts, Chris is an independent contractor as of this writing, but could very well become an officer in the company, and may hold equity through one of his companies. Agian, this is not completely clear, as we are still searching for the official documentation that TechSoft Mobile is a legit entity and not a sole proprietor.

Ron Williams CEO of Global Pros, reached out this week, and due to pending projects, I have not had a chance to get with him to see how things are coming along with their launch. I plan on connecting with Ron nest week.

Panther Mobile (Harry Aston’s) company is still working through all the refund requests, as he and his team relaunch the company after the split from Kevin Sipe.

I have received some concerns from former and current distributors of Zoom Mobile, which has delayed the second article in the series. I am drafting an email with questions to George Burton, through his attorney Matthew Foreman.

Excel Wireless has launched and seems to be the only MLM Wireless company offering 100% free signup. Not sure how much overhead they have, but based on their compensation plan payouts, I hope they are running a very financially tight business.

Lightyear Network Solutions, bought their first telecommunication company since going public. We predicted that Sherm Henderson would start to buy smaller companies back in February when he took his company public. Keep an eye on this company, because I have a feeling Sherman Henderson is starting to put together a run to become the next billion dollar telecommunication company.

This post is not really about Global Verge, or any other company. Except for the fact I do mention that PHPI and Derrick Rodgers have both new been officially served by Global Verge’s process servers. Outside of that this is just a fun post, showing the power of the Sprint HTC EVO.

Well, over the last few weeks I have seen more propaganda, half truths, and down right lies from PURPORTED distributors inside of the MLM Wireless niche, than I think I all of the founders and officers of MLM Wireless Companies, could dream up on their own.

Now don’t get me wrong, this is not the MLM Wireless Distributors as a whole. Just a few rouge purported distributors, who in reality may not even be in an MLM wireless company, but are just outside critics trying to drum up discontent.

Well, here are three great pictures of the EVO phone Global Verge is shipping to folks. I checked with Ted Robbin’s to make sure this information was correct, and he verified that “yes we are shipping HTC EVOs and to date have not missed a shipment.

No matter what any of us can say about Global Verge, past, present or future, that facts remain, currently they are shipping some rocking high-end cell phones on the #1 4G PCS Platform in the USA.

This newest civil complaint against Chris Greco by Ted Robbins, President and Founder of Global Verge raises even more questions surrounding Chris Greco’s future as a viable assets to any MLM Wireless company.

The question is not what Chris Greco has said, that can be found within this community and others around the Internet. The question is can Greco back up his personal allegations against Robbins.

If, Global Verge wins their case against Greco, either by Summery Judgement, or through trial process, then they will have a claim against Greco’s companies and maybe even his personal estate if personal fraud is proven, as it was against Piilani.

Now, add this new personal defamationn case, and I am not sure Greco can be seen as an asset to any current or future MLM Wireless Company.

Although, only time will tell what happens. It would sure be nice to hear from a legal team representing Greco in his defense.

This latest legal move by Robbins and Global Verge raises once again the question… Who else is on the short list of civil or criminal complaints which will soon be made public?

A few months ago I wrote an article on Global Verged titled Global Verge Founders Pay $150K To Adult Escort Service Then Files Lawsuit For a Full Refund.

Although the facts of the original posts were accurate, I was wrong to title the post in such a way, as to question the personal integrity of the owners on such a personal basis.

For those who read the article, it was very clear, as to the facts of the situation. However, as we all know most folks only watch videos and may never read the documents. Which is another reason we have started using Scribd to post all documents.

Where is the final judgment from the courts. This is another huge win for Global Verge because they now have another personal with some assets to go after for damages.

Global Verge’s legal team is not basting in their recent win against Zer01 and Ben Piilani. On June 8th, 2010 their filed a civil complaint against People Helping People Inc (PHPI), CEO Derrick Rodgers and several unnamed corporations and individuals.

Now, in reviewing the below civil complaint, I saw an interesting charge. Global Verge has charged conspiracy by several individuals and/or entities.

Makes me wonder how many of the current owners, equity partners, founding distributors, officers, and former e-associates who are now master distributors at PHPI will also be included in this complaint?

Here are a few other questions:

1. What happens to People Helping People, Inc., if Global Verge wins the injunction?

2. Has Frank Veron, Rick Presley, Bud Nemeth and others already received their Cease and Desist letters? Have they responded, or blown off responding like Derrick Rodgers seems to have blown off his response?

3. What happens to the distributors of PHPI, if Global Verge wins this civil complaint?

This is sure the craziest turn of events I have seen since the old A.L. Williams days when you just never knew what was going to happen.

Well, as of June 8, 2010 the Clark County District Court granted the Order for Summery Judgment as requested by Global Verge against Zer01 and… Ben Piilani personally!

What makes this very interesting is the fact the order final Summery Judgment was ordered against Zer01, which could file for bankruptcy and Global Verge would never receive a dime of the money.

And, it was ordered against Ben Piilani PERSONALLY! When a fraud order is rendered on an individual, it stays with them for life. Ben Piilani can’t file bankruptcy and beat this judgment.

In other words, if Ben Piilani really is a billionaire, then Global Verge just won $43 million dollars. If the hype surrounding Pillani is false, then he will be chased for years as Global Verge follows the asset trail.

Now, here is the interesting part. Let’s say Pillani really did invent a new wireless technology platform, and he has just been waiting for the right partner to take it public. Global Verge may end up owning the patent for the technology, and at the end of the day the original Global Verge aka Buzzirk business concept could still happen. Crazier things have happened lately in the MLM wireless niche.

This judgment did bring to the surface some interesting questions:

1. What other MLM Wireless Companies are in the Global Verge cross-hairs?

2. Which former Global Verge Triple Diamonds or e-Assocates who are affiliated with above said companies as owners, directors, partners, officers, or founding distributors are also in the Global Verge cross-hairs?

3. What other former strategic partners and/or venders will be included in future lawsuits?

I believe any company run or owned by former top Global Verge e-Associates had better not count of luck to beat Global Verge’s legal team. They had better start looking for some serious legal counsel of their own.

I mentioned a few weeks ago the Global Verge was going after all the companies and individuals who were harming the potential future of their brand and the financial future of their e-associates. Well, here is the latest on the MLM Wireless War.

After reading several emails over the weekend from concerned PHP reps, and the unofficial responses from field leaders, and the one response from Derrick Rodgers, the following questions seem valid.

1. How many of the founding distributors of PHP have or will be receiving Cease & Desist notices from Global Verge? Especially the leaders of Global Group, which was the purported largest leg in Global Verge.

2. Why has Derrick Rodgers and the top field leaders not addressed this officially with Global Verge?

3. Is the CEO of PHP truly the former NFL Player Derrick Rodgers or someone else?

4. What happens to the dreams of the field force, if what Global Verge states in the C&D is found true in a court of law?

5. What is the future of People Helping People? Will it become a Global Verge division?

7. Who are the true equity partners of People Helping People Inc?

8. Was Derrick Rodgers really trying to borrow 50k before the Raleigh convention?

9. Is the lack of funds why the people did not get what they were told they would at the convention?

Once again, I am concerned a wireless company hyped their propaganda and distributors may get hurt.
