Breaking Limu Nation News: John Raser Leaves Back9Network To Join The Limu Company

John Go Speed Raser

Gary Raser, founder of The Limu Company and the inspirational leader of the Limu Nation, shot me a text to share some fantastic news… John Raser (yes they are related, more on that in a second) has joined the company as the new Director of Communications!

Gary, and I have had some long and great conversations about our families, especially out kids, so he knew I would be stoked to hear John (his son) was joining the Limu to help take it to a whole new level.

John Go Speed Raser

John Raser Dir. of Comm Limu

Like my own boys, John “Speed” Raser left home to follow his own dreams and passions before coming back home to work in the family business. John is a Pro Golfer, Actor, and most of all a Mediaprenuer. Having studied his background, I can say it is a true blessing to have him working for the Limu Nation going forward. You can read in John’s own words, what he has to say to the world about this great move.

But before we see what John has to say, let’s take a peak at what he was like as a kid…

Over the past 14 months, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to craft the digital identity of Back9Network, the first ever, premier multimedia golf lifestyle and entertainment television channel. As VP of Digital Media, I have enjoyed bringing the brand’s DNA, personality and voice to life, through creative direction, new messaging, branding, marketing, graphic design, social media, public relations and a wide variety of unique content that has driven awareness and momentum for their future launch. I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot, grown a lot as well, and I thank them for that exciting and fulfilling experience. Back9Network will undoubtedly change the face of golf and be a catalyst in growing the game.

John Raser Speaking

After much discussion and prayerful consideration, I have decided that now is the right time to make a significant career move by joining an established, multi-national company that’s already on an exciting hyper-growth path (+400% in the last 12 months) — a company that, like Back9, is a “category creator” and industry leader.

It’s a company with a culture and atmosphere that embraces my energy and meshes with my passion for innovation. It’s a company I know well and one that will provide me with a much broader role and even greater influence, as I use my communication and creative skills to add value in ways that will make a huge impact on its future.

John Raser Having Fun

Starting Monday, January 21, 2013, I’ll be joining The LIMU Company as Director of Communications and tasked with building a rock star team, establishing the company’s social media presence, developing collaborative relationships and partners for new business initiatives, and refining the voice of the brand by creating content with a fresh spin. I’m thrilled to be working for a company founded and led by my father, Gary J. Raser, wholly-owned by the Raser family, with an executive team I’ve known most of my adult life. The goal is simple: to help make the LIMU brand stronger than ever.

Dad says we’ve got unfinished business. I say, here’s to a new adventure!

But, there is something else that drives John Raser. Or maybe I should say someone! John has a cause that goes far deeper, than just being an Actor, Pro Golfer, Mediaprenuer, or Director of Communications of the Limu Nation. As a matter of fact it is what drive John, Gary and the whole Raser family to get up every morning, overcome his own challenges and fight to change th world one person at a time…

Staci and Rich Grodin founded Turn the Corner Foundation in February of 2002. Staci has suffered from Lyme disease since 1994 and through her diagnosis and treatment over the past eleven years, she has uncovered a strong need for research and funding in the area of tick-borne diseases. My sister, Teri Raser, has also been suffering with Lyme disease for over three years now. It has been an absolute nightmare for my family as she has been misdiagnosed countless times by “experts” all over the country.

Teri is such a gifted, talented and hilarious girl and has had the life completely sucked out of her by this horrible disease. She had to be pulled out of The University of Miami, where she was on an academic scholarship. She had straight A’s, the #1 blog on the UM website, a badass job running the showroom for a couture designer, was running the UM concert series, while double-majoring in communications and political science (like her big brother). She is on the road to recovery, but it continues to be a very trying time for her and our entire family. Please keep Teri in your prayers. She is truly a gift to this world and without a doubt my favorite person in life.

Lyme disease is growing at rate four times faster than AIDS and is quickly becoming our nation’s most misdiagnosed and fastest-growing infectious disease. Educating the public and physicians about this disease and the progression of treatment is essential.

Editor’s note” Turn The Corner has joined forces with TBDA (Tick-Borne Disease Alliance)

Limu Nation News: Gary Raser May Have Produced Teh Best Origins Video I Have Ever Watched

Gary Raser Founder of The Limu Company

For years I have watched some great videos on the origins of network marketing founders and the MLM companies their launch. But in Raser’s case he not only talks about his rags to riches story, he doesn;t back away from the failure issues that face direct selling companies and network marketing distributors. He also shares what it truly takes to make a direct selling company a viable business model. And most of all… He talks about the part-time to full-time incomes that can be earned without all the over-hyping. This is a must watch video…

“LIMU exists as the extraordinary vision of one man, Gary J. Raser. Born of humble beginnings, he joined the industry over 25 years ago and became one of the most successful distributors in history. But his story only starts there, because his vision is to inspire similar success in all of our Promoters. LIMU is, to this day, his unfinished business … and his way of bringing more and more people to significant accomplishments in our industry.”

Gary Raser and I have invested hours on the phone over the last three years. His passion for raising the standards in direct selling and for providing THE BEST products and income opportunity is second to known.

Gary is a strong-willed Distributor/CEO, meaning every move he makes in his company is made after weighing the question… “will this benefit the field?” As the world’s #1 seller and the category creator of “Limu Extracted Nutritional Juices”, he and his team know what it takes to break the five-year mark in network marketing. And over the last 18 months watching him company grow month and month in double and triple digits, I can confidently say… Gary Raser Is Limu And The Income Opportunity Is Strong!

Meet The Limu Nation Next of GenY Generation Of Leaders These Millennials Are Called 96%ers

Over the last few months Gary Raser and his team over at The Limu Company have introduced me to some of the most amazing young network marketers I have ever met. And on top of that these kids who make up the new generation of the Limu Nation for the most part have never been a part of any MLM company ever before.

Kyle Helm

A Really Different Drummer

It takes all kinds of young people to build LIMU’s Next Generation, and one of the coolest of them all is Kyle Helm from Canyon Lake, California. This musician’s story is certainly unique, but don’t be fooled by his unorthodox look … he’s a rock-solid family man with his life focused on all the right priorities. Here’s his LIMU EXPERIENCE …

Salien Liles

29-Year Old Single Female Goes from 20K to 500K in a Year!

There are lots of great stories in LIMU’s Next Generation but not very many actually go back years and years. That’s years as in how long I’ve known this new 500K, and her story just goes to show there’s power in being teachable, in learning to be bad before you’re good … so you can be good to get to great. This is the story of one of our best and brightest, a LIMU EXPERIENCE Party girl like no one else I know … Salien Liles

Erica and Tyler Phillips

Have you ever avoided someone that just would not stop talking to you about a great opportunity? It’s probably happened to all of us at some point. And for Erica and Tyler Phillips, it was incredibly hard to keep saying no, time after time. So one day they agreed to get together for dinner with a friend. And the rest, as they say, is history … an awesome new history for their lives and those on their team … all because they were teachable. Here’s their LIMU EXPERIENCE …

Whitney Mariano

24-Yr Old New Mother Hits 100K in 3 Months

Here’s an incredibly heart-warming story about Whitney Mariano, a young woman who faced some major life challenges, worrying about her future and wanting so much to be home with her soon-to-be-born baby. Those challenges were coming quickly, too quickly, as she looked at how she could make things really work. But when Whitney was introduced to one of our successful Promoters, she saw her life change in just three short months. And not just a little! Here’s her LIMU EXPERIENCE …

Josh and Neftali Goree

21-Year Old Full-Time College Student Hits 100K Working Part-Time!

Some of our Next Gen stories are almost unbelievable … I mean, these young people can do so much, so quickly, that it’s stunning to see their success. And sometimes, I can’t keep up with their stories even when I start EARLY … I HATE when that happens! Here’s an example … Josh Goree, a young man I first wrote about in May. He’s another 96%er who’s never been in our industry, and I thought I knew his story but there’s so much more to it than I realized just 8 short weeks ago. His LIMU EXPERIENCE is remarkable on lots of different levels, and it’s a truly inspiring story of love and sacrifice that gets me emotional just thinking about it …

The Limu Nation Leading The Network Marketing Community In Organic GenY Six Figure Earners

THe Limu Company founder Gary Raser is a one of a kind company owner. Not because he was one of the all-time highest paid distributors of the 20th Century, or because he is friends with some of the most successful company owners in modern network marketing history. But…

… because he has always been a Maverick, who is not willing to listen to folks who say “that can’t be done”, “that’s not how we do it”, “that won’t work”. Instead he is known to say “let’s find away”, “let’s pave the way”, “Why can’t it be done”, Who says we can’t do it that way?”

When others seemed to forget The Limu Company was even around, Gary Raser, his crew at the home office and the Limu Nation just put their heads down and kept driving this engine forward.

Huge LIMU Nation Momentum in July 2012

Limu 1 Million Pin

Shannon & Rachette Pardue

“Shannon and I were just like every other young couple that starts out. We met, fell in love, and started the life we could afford. We bought a 12 x 48 single wide mobile home, budgeted our money carefully and worked hard. We believed one day we’d get ahead and accomplish all of our goal and dreams, but after several years in the construction industry we were still living paycheck to paycheck. (Read The Full Story)

Trey Knight

Trey Knight knows what it’s like to rise to the top of a Network Marketing company. He’s been there with other companies, looked around and found himself nearly alone. He’s on his way to that same destination with LIMU, but, this time, he knows he’ll have more people with him, thanks to The LIMU EXPERIENCE. (Read The Full Story)

Jessica & Eric Ellerman

The story attached to Jessica and Eric Ellerman is already the stuff of legend. While the California couple’s still relatively new to LIMU, they can be likened to a couple of its fastest sprinters; already at 500K and rapidly growing even more, it’s readily obvious that the couple is adamant about getting all they possibly can out of their LIMU EXPERIENCE. (Read The Full Story)

Salien Liles

“For three years, Salien was content to just drink LIMU ORIGINAL®, never realizing what she was missing by not fully pursuing LIMU. You can’t blame her too much, really. Many people in her position would’ve done the same thing. After all, she did have a pretty sweet gig in the medical field — a full-time job that paid well. And yet, she kept hearing her family’s voices in her ear. (Read The Full Story)

Wae Russell

Born in a farming background, Wade Russell knows a lot about hard work. A whole lot. He’s worked hard all his life, and he’s got the work ethic to prove it, including being awarded both baseball and basketball scholarships in his younger days in Baker, Florida. He says there wasn’t even a caution light in the town, it was so small. (Read The Full Story)

MLM Company Review: Have You Heard About The Limu Company Secret? Listen To What They People Have To Say!

MLM Company Review

The Limu Company Secret… Is Out!

The Limu Company has a secret that after months in investigation, and through my Limu Experience, I have uncovered. At first I thought it was the Limu Original, but quickly found out I was wrong. I looked at The Limu Company’s energy drink Blue Frog to see if that might be it, again I was wrong. Since all that was left was The Limu Company’s weight management system LEAN, I was sure I had finally figured it out, especially since the product really works…

 But again I was wrong!!!

I called Gary Raser the founder of The Limu Company to ask him about the Limu secret, he laughed and said, it is in plain site, and not a secret. I called Kerry Brown, and asked him to tell me the secret, he said to talk with Ryan Barson the V.P of Business Development at The Limu Company, he might tell me.  Ryan, was very attentive to my request, and after listening to all I have uncovered said… Well sounds like you figured it out!

Well instead of pondering it to long, Paula was able to get Joe to contact me and give me the real scoop before all the rumors started. Read thee full report here!

Two of my constituents Ty Tribble of and Ted Nuyten of Home Business Organization reported this week that The Trump Network aka Ideal Health was in trouble and could be going down fast due to top distributors leaving and Tom Mower suing them.

I searched the net and could not find one document, showing where the lawsuit has actually been filed with the IN THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR UTAH COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH which causes me to wonder if Tom Maower or one of his crew leaked the potential filing with Ted Nuyten knowing he is located in the Netherlands.

So I reached out to Peggy Brochman, top leader at The Trump Network and here is what she told me… Click Here!

The Limu Company Founder Gary Limu Reveals Massive International Growth Through The Limu Nation!

The real beginning of influence comes as others sense you are being influenced by them – when they feel understood by you – that you have listened deeply and sincerely, and that you are open.” ~ Stephen Covey

What is empathy and what makes it so powerful ?

It’s the ability to step into another person’s shoes and see/feel their reality from their perspective. It is the primary building block of compassion and compassion is what really brings down the wall of resistance.
Effective listening skills are important in every aspect of life to be able to get your message across. Both at work, at home and in social situations, the ability to listen well is as important as to be able to present well. This also equally applies in leadership, management or a team member position.

Listening is important as this increases your understanding of the thoughts and motivation of the other person. Knowing what motivates the other person is key, so that you are able to present your message within that context, which is the most effective strategy in recruiting people into your business.

There are a few tips that will help significantly in improving listening skills.

1. Listen With Empathy

It is common for people to listen with intent to answer. There is nothing wrong with this as this is what discussions and conversations are about.

The ability to respond better in a discussion can be significantly improved by just adding a slight twist to this. Listen with intent to appreciate what the other person is saying from his or her point of view. For those few moments, do not focus on how you want to respond.

When you have understood the other person’s views, then respond with your views. Reply in a way that shows empathy to what you have just heard.

Empathy is defined as the identification with and understanding of another’s situation, feelings and motives.

This does not mean that you are accepting the other person’s views and opinions. It just means that you have given your consideration and will try to understand a possibly different point of view.

First, this is important because you may not have fully understood a situation and can potentially draw an incorrect conclusion. By getting new information, you may change your mind on how you may respond.

Secondly, when the other party knows that you are listening to what is being said, this person will respond in a similar fashion when you speak. People appreciate you when they know that you give your full attention to their opinions and views.

2. Ask The Right Questions

Asking the right questions has much more of an impact in getting people to open up in discussions and also for you to get a much better understanding of any situation.

Too often, people have a tendency to talk based on their understanding of the situation and what they think is best.
It is important to ask clarification questions first. But, you must avoid asking questions that will result in “yes” or “no” answers. Start with broad based questions that will lead to descriptive answers. This will result in you getting information that you may not have thought of.

Asking pointed questions to get “yes” or “no” answers is best used when the other person is not giving a precise answer when one is required.

The other point to be aware of when asking questions is to ask for clarifications when general statements are made. For example, if the person says that there are some issues to be handled, ask for the list of issues.

By asking the right questions, you will get the other person to think through and quite often, you will be pleasantly surprised that the other party will actually arrive at the same conclusion as you.

Find out what people are dissatisfied with in their lives. Find out what they want to improve? What their goals are? Ask about their past? Get to know if they have done similar things before and what their experience was.

3. Be Patient

Listening with empathy and asking the right questions are techniques whose value can be easily appreciated, but actually doing these are not easy. You need to tell yourself to patiently listen. Basically, you need to tell yourself to “keep quiet” when the other person is talking.

It is much easier for most of us to just tell people what we think as soon as it comes to mind. Listening and holding on to what we want to say needs a lot of patience. This needs a conscious decision and effort.

4. Show Right Body Language

How often have you been in office discussions and meetings where someone is checking their email as you are talking with them? Or looking at their watch every few minutes.

Such body language indicates that you are not really interested in what the other person has to say. If you are busy, then set another time for the discussion, when you can pay attention.

During the conversation, you can slightly lean forward and maintain a comfortable eye contact with the person.
Where appropriate, taking notes is a good indicator that you consider the points being made as important. This also helps as sometimes it is difficult to remember all the points made.

5. Summarize

Summarizing a discussion or conversation is a good indicator of whether you have listened well. This is important in the event you have incorrectly understood the points made, then summarizing to confirm understanding is a great technique to avoid disagreements as you express your point of view.

In a work environment, making notes is an important step to be able to summarize. If you have made the notes, then summarizing can be done fast and precisely. If not, you will stumble through based on what you remember of the conversation and will not be effective.

Take notes in point format, so that summarizing is easy. Another tip is that when you have your own thoughts on a particular point, make a note of that as well.

This is important because you will want to speak out your thoughts and ideas. But, are supposed to listen first. If you do not bring it up immediately, you might forget. Noting this down helps you to remember to bring it up later. By writing it, you also do not need to worry that you will forget the point.

If you have not been using the above techniques of effective listening, it will prove to be a little difficult when you start using them. However, when you use these techniques and realize that you are more effective in achieving your objectives in discussions and meetings, you will know that it is well worth your effort and you will find your success in your business improves tremendously.

Breaking MLM News: Robert Dean & T.O.P.G.U.N. NOT Terminated By The Limu Company As Of January 25th 2012

There has been a rumor running across the internet stating Robert Dean Jr. and T.O.P.G.U.N. has been terminated by The Limu Company. Well I reached out to Gary Raser the founder of TLC, and he confirmed Robert Dean Jr. and T.O.P.G.U.N. had not been terminated, but Robert Dean Jr. and about 30 other T.O.P.G.U.N. members had been suspended as per the Limu P&Ps, as the investigation continues on the rumors that Robert Dean Jr. and T.O.P.G.U.N. has joined Momentis Energy, the marketing arm of Just Energy out of Canada.

Update Jan 25th 2012 7:13 pm – Rober Dean has contacted me and we will be talking next week so he can give me his side of this situation.

I wrote the first reviews on Robert Dean’s questionable business model in 2011:

Feb 22nd: Breaking MLM News: ViSalus Sciences Co-Founder Nick Sarnicola Breaks The Silence Surrounding Robert Dean’s Private Money Deals

Feb 25th: Breaking MLM News: Robert Dean Speaks Out About His Move To Limu

Robert Dean Interview from BNO Productions on Vimeo.

Ted Nuyten broke the story with the headline “Top Earner Robert Dean Terminated by Limu Company?”

Ted, did not take the time to vet the info, but went directly to publishing the information.

Ty Tribble, took a little diffeent approach when we wrote “Robert Dean Terminated From Limu Company?

Ty dug a little deeper to show that Robert Dean has a deep track record of jumping from company to company.

What is interesting is in August 2011, at the official launch of T.O.P.G.U.N. and Robert Dean Jr. at Limu here is what was written.

“Nothing could have prepared us for the wild ride that was the official Top Gun Launch in Atlanta this past weekend. Hosted by 100K powerhouse and industry expert Robert Dean, it was an honest-to-goodness thrill ride, from Friday night’s standing-room-only opportunity meeting (with over 50% as guests!) to a barrage of specially-designed 20K rings being handed out to highly informative training after training and more. LIMU President Gary Raser was on hand, too, as were Vice President of Business Development Ryan Barson and Vice President of Marketing, Kerry Brown, all sharing their collective vision of the company’s future, one that looks very vibrant, indeed. 500K Members Shannon and Rachette Pardue were there as well, sharing positive words of support. Awards were given, stories shared, photos shot, barrel laughs heard and tears of joy shed, as this new chapter and direction was revealed to the many gathered there. To close the weekend out, a live band took the crowd to all-new heights of excitement and nonstop dancing, lasting into the very wee hours of morning … because those who work hard should inevitably get to play hard, too.”

When I did a Google search on “Robert Dean Leaves” here is what I found:

Momentis Energy, the marketing arm of Just Energy is making a very risky move for such a young company, and could see what small amount of momentum they have enjoyed dwindle, especially if they are hit with regulator issues because this new team is too zealous in promoting the business and the opportunity.

What is also very interesting about this issue, is Robert Dean always uses the same excuses for leaving a former company “There is no money”. Well he just jumped into a sector where the residual income is very low, and the majority of the money earned is from building the network.

If he didn’t think $1 million dollars in 10 months at Limu was enough, then it makes me wonder where he will jump next?

The Direct Selling Association is very straightforward in the Code of Ethics what is best business practices, which may be why Momentis Energy is not a member:
