BidiFy CCO, Frode Jorgensen reached out this week to share some facts on the Sales Credit Bonus program. Last week I reported on the changes, and had some folks question the validity of the change. Now we know more…
“Hi Troy, just wanted to touch base with latest updates.
All parts of the Frequent Sale Credits changes in Bidify are now implemented, and all pages/presentations are updated with latest information.
We have noticed that some people believe that we have changed the wording only, which is not the case. This has been a huge change for us, so it may have been “work in progress” on some of our website’s pages. I’m pretty sure it’s all updated now.
You will see it’s all presented on the website the way it’s supposed to be presented now.
We are working on our new income disclosure, which we will base on the first three months of operations, it will make much more sense calculating this now when Bidsson is running at full steam, as we want the numbers to be as accurate as possible.
We have sold many nice items in the auction, we auctioned away a brand new Volkswagen Up and the lucky winner got a brand new car valued 8000 euros for only 180,68 euros… someone really made a bargain, and on top of that the company made good money as well, as a total of 18,068 bids were used in that auction.
Our main focus is on building Bidsson, the Penny auction to become the biggest GLOBAL penny auction in the world.
As Bidsson grows bigger and better every day, so does the amount of auctions and winners, which in turn generate more leadership bonuses for all Bidify affiliates.
There is A LOT of exciting stuff going on, but we are not quite ready to share it all just quite yet…..”

Vemma® Strengthens Mobile Positioning and Launches Revolutionary 2.0 App
The Global Wellness Company Appoints Chief Mobile Officer and Releases Industry’s First “Invite-a-Friend” Prospecting Feature
Vemma Founder and CEO, BK Boreyko, commented, “Simon’s strong tech background gives Vemma a distinct advantage in our industry. He’s built two mega successful technology businesses generating millions in revenue, and his team lives on the cutting edge. As new concepts and technologies are discovered, his first thought is how they can be applied to help grow the Vemma business and put it in the pockets of Brand Partners worldwide. The explosion in mobile platforms, like iPhone, iPad, Android and apps, gives the Vemma brand massive exposure and allows our Brand Partners to prospect, present, and communicate like never before in our industry.”
Vemma 2.0 was released in the App Store this weekend; and the Android version is set to launch in July. Vemma 2.0 highlights some distinct advantages designed to maximize the upon-average 200+ contacts we store in our smartphone. Using that database, Vemma 2.0 allows a prewritten text to be generated with a custom link to a short, two-minute video. A Brand Partner simply decides which of Vemma’s three brands would best suit the contact, then hits “Send.” When the prospect watches the video, a “Push” notification is sent to the Brand Partner revealing which video the prospect is watching. That contact is added to their “Hot List” of prospects for fast follow-up. This app was released with an impressive nine-language option for instant global acceptance. Click here to view the keynote.
Newly appointed CMO, Simon Grabowski, said, “I’ve learned this business model is all about conversations. As a Brand Partner, the more conversations you start, the stronger your results will be. Technology should never attempt to replace relationships; and what’s revolutionary about Vemma 2.0 is that it simply lets Brand Partners start conversations faster. This conversation accelerates their success, as sending a text to a friend is a nonintrusive ‘icebreaker’ that lets Brand Partners share the Brand Story with the people they know. This unique ‘Invite-a-Friend’ system is simple, easy and intuitive. It’s also fun and rewarding, as they get a ‘Push’ notification the moment their friend starts watching the video.” He goes on to say, “This weekend we’ve seen record mobile activity and record signups, as Brand Partners invited their friends and contacts with the prospecting tool. In fact, our mobile platform has had over 1,000,000 server hits to date and experiences amazing growth. My team is already working on some exciting, next-level enhancements for future versions that I can’t wait to introduce later this year.” (Read The Whole Press Release Click Here)

FIRST 1M LIMU PROMOTER EVER RECEIVES
LARGEST CASH BONUS IN COMPANY HISTORY
Lake Mary, FL (June 6, 2012): The LIMU Company announced today that Shannon and Rachetté Pardue of Ruston, Louisiana have reached the rank of 1M, the first ever to gain that level in company history, and one of only a very few to reach that rank in the annals of the Network Marketing industry. They were recognized and celebrated at the company’s Ultimate Experience Party held last weekend in San Diego, where they received the single largest cash bonus ever paid by the company, $250,000 in recognition of their new rank.
“I’ve known Shannon and Rachetté for almost fifteen years, and I can honestly say they are one of the finest couples I have ever met or worked with,” said Gary J. Raser, Founder and CEO of LIMU. “Their dedication and loyalty to their people, and to this company, is totally amazing. From the beginning, they have lived and breathed LIMU, and their huge success is an inspiration to everyone they come in contact with. They are incredible role models not only for all of us at LIMU, but for anyone looking to succeed in our industry. I am proud to honor them as our very first 1M Promoters.”
“We’ve been truly blessed by wonderful products and a great company to work with, and especially by all of the people we’ve worked with over the years,” said Shannon. “Making a real difference in people’s lives is by far our biggest life blessing and we thank God every day for that opportunity.” Rachetté echoed Shannon’s sentiments, saying “LIMU has helped us reach and surpass so many of the dreams we’ve had, and now we work to make dreams come true for as many people as we can. We have the same passion today that we did when we joined Gary all those years ago, and we are thrilled by LIMU’s success.”
The Pardues have been with LIMU since its founding in 2004 and have built an extensive organization throughout the entire United States. They are true leaders in every sense of the word, encouraging and teaching their fellow LIMU Promoters on a daily basis, and constantly traveling across the country to help everyone involved with LIMU.
Vi-Tel Distributor Earns Top NSE Position Within 60 Days
Vi-Tel Wireless and its corporate leaders congratulated Brandon Ivey, earlier this week, for achieving the top rank of NSE within 60 days. Although Brandon is a newcomer to VI-Tel, he is a 13 year veteran of the network marketing industry.
Brandon is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. After being laid off twice from corporate America, he decided to try his hand at Network Marketing. He, like so many others, did not have much success in his first network marketing company, ACN. Instead of calling it quits, Brandon focused on the training and personal development he had acquired from his experience. He has since enjoyed a 13 year career as a top Network Marketer inspiring and training more than 10,000 people combined over the years. He is a Corporate Spokesperson and trainer for 2 companies as well as a top producer in the industry. When he is not spending time with his wife and 2 sons, he is quickly becoming one of Vi-Tel’s top leaders.
When asked, COO, James Pearson replied, “We built this company so everyone could experience a level of success. So it is not surprising to see someone with Brandon’s experience and skills rise to the top, however, we would have never expected it to happen so quickly. Brandon is a great leader and industry professional and we are honored to have him help lead our way into the future.”
Direct Selling Association Announces U.S. Sales and Salesforce Figures
Direct sales increased 4.6 percent to $29.87 billion
Salesforce sized at 15.6 million sellers in the US
Direct selling market outpaces growth in gross domestic product (GDP) by 0.7 percent
Washington, DC – The Direct Selling Association (DSA) today released the results of its Annual Growth & Outlook Survey, which shows U.S. direct sales totaled $29.87 billion in 2011, a 4.6 percent year-over-year increase from $28.56 billion in 2010.
“There is good news coming from the direct selling segment,” said DSA president Joseph Mariano. “Despite the economic climate, direct selling continues to be a source of income and support for independent consultants across the U.S.”
The U.S. direct selling market grew faster than the overall U.S. economy, which grew 3.9 percent as measured by gross domestic product (GDP).
Nearly half of U.S. direct selling companies experienced sales growth and another 14 percent remained flat.
Smaller direct selling companies (those with annual retail sales under $3 million) fared best with 66.7 percent showing growth, and an average retail sales increase of about 30 percent.
“Growing a small business when the economy is struggling is a tall order,” said Mariano. “As an industry that celebrates entrepreneurship, the achievements made in 2011, particularly by by small direct selling companies, is remarkable.”
DSA released the findings of its 2011 Growth & Outlook Survey during a joint announcement with the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations at the DSA Annual Meeting in Grapevine, Texas.
The U.S. was ranked as the top direct selling market in the world with 20 percent of worldwide sales in 2011. Japan came in second with $23.9 billion (16 percent) followed by China with $16.3 billion (11 percent), South Korea at $12.8 billion (eight percent) and Brazil at $12 billion (eight percent).
“Around the world, the stories of the incredible journeys many people have taken to success through direct selling tell a poignant tale of individual achievement,” said Alessandro Carlucci, CEO of Brazilian direct selling company Natura Cosméticos and WFDSA chairman. “It is through our global statistics that we can begin to paint a picture that conveys the economic and social benefits direct selling provides.”
Global direct sales increased 10 percent from $139.7 billion in 2010 to $153.7 billion in 2011, according to Carlucci.
Additional findings from the DSA 2011 Growth & Outlook survey are available at www.dsa.org/statistics/.
About the Growth & Outlook Survey
The Growth & Outlook Survey captures the annual size and scope of the direct selling industry in the US. It also provides direct selling companies important operating benchmarks to help them measure their effectiveness in the marketplace. DSA conducts the study from March through May each year.
About the Direct Selling Association
DSA is the national trade association of the leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to customers. Among its more than 240 active and pending members are companies selling both via a party-plan method and in the traditional person-to-person style. In 2011, U.S. direct sales were more than $29.87 billion with nearly 16 million direct sellers nationwide. The vast majority are independent business people – micro-entrepreneurs – whose purpose is to sell the product/service of the company they voluntarily choose to represent. Approximately 90 percent of direct sellers operate their business part-time. For more information, visit www.dsa.org.
David Colister, a 30-year network marketing veteran and fast- growth strategist, declines new client offers and top corporate roles to become a Life Force® Member.
With David Colister’s remarkable consulting track record for helping MLM companies (like Mannatech, Inc.®, YTB®, and ViSalus Sciences®) find their “secret recipe” for exponential growth, this “MLM philosopher” could take his pick of clients for high-paying contracts. Instead, he chooses to take advantage of the recent Life Force company redesign as a network marketer.
San Diego, CA, June 1, 2012: Life Force, a 28-year-old, multimillion-dollar, multinational nutritional network marketing company, based in Poway, California, announces that veteran MLM strategist, David Colister, chooses to build a sales and marketing team over accepting a leading corporate role at the company‟s worldwide headquarters.
Mr. Colister began his consulting role with Life Force in March, 2011. In Fall of 2011, Mr. Colister and (now retired) CEO, Wayne Hillman, brainstormed the founding of the Life Force Dream Academy, an intensive training center for network marketers. Colister accepted the role of Dream Academy Chancellor and training architect.
Mr. Hillman states, “I wanted our Members to have the best training in the industry and discovered that there were no official MLM training centers in existence. So, we decided to bring „The Professor‟ to Life Force.” Mr. Colister will continue to serve as the Dream Academy‟s Chancellor as well as a corporate consultant to help guide the company into, and through, its exponential growth phase.
Last week I received several private messages asking if it is true BidiFy is allowing bid purchases of $100,000.00? Since that was the first time I had heard of such a thing, I reached out to Kevin Thompson the Chief Legal Counsel for BidiFy. He sent me directly to Frode Jørgensen, CCO of BidiFy for the answers.
Below is the correspondence I received from Frode Jorgensen on this issue!
From: Troy Dooly [mailto:] Sent: Monday, May 28, 2012 4:18 AM To: Frode Jørgensen Subject: Frode, quick question
I have had a couple of messages come in from Facebook asking about a 100K max purchase of bids at BidiFy.
Can you tell me what your max purchase is allowed, and if you do allow a 100k purchase of bids?
Living An Epic Adventure,
Hi Troy, how are you doing?
We addressed these rumors in our latest newsletter I have added the part with the information you requested further down in this e-mail. There is NO such thing as a 100K limit.
I’m also pleased to announce that ALL Bidify affiliates have completed their Compliance Course, which is mandatory for ALL, at no cost of course.
New affiliates must complete this before they get full access to the site.
If interested I can send you a link for it, so you can check it out.
This have been active for over one month now, and is working perfectly. J Launch Smart are great people.
We had an amazing time with our top leaders in Thailand. We really enjoyed bonding with all of them and Chief Legal Counsel, Kevin Thompson.
We want to take this opportunity to address a bizarre rumor about our sample bid purchase limits. Apparently, Bidify is accepting million dollar purchases for sample bids! This is completely false. While we’re unable to prevent these sorts of rumors from spreading, we’re committed to providing you with accurate information when we receive word.
As we’ve said in the past, Bidify is not designed as an investment vehicle. In fact, if you’re looking for an “investment” with appreciable gains, Bidify is a horrible example. With 20% of all commissions going towards the repurchase of retail bids instead of cash, we’re fairly certain you can do better with your money elsewhere. Commissions in Bidify are driven solely by bid sales, which are never easy. And unlike our competitors, Bidify Affiliates are only paid when the bids are actually used by verified customers; thus preventing the ability for anyone to simply buy bids and accrue commissions with zero effort.
As you all know, we have been talking about a 10k limit on SB Purchases since the day we opened. While in Thailand with our legal counsel, we will be imposing a limit before we go live with Bidsson to avoid the model from being abused. While we certainly respect peoples’ ability to make their own decisions, there’s too much at risk if people purchase more bids than they really intend to move to customers.
So from today, we have decided to set the annual SB purchases limit at 25k Sample Bids. This limit does not include re-purchases made by setting re-purchase to on/off. Keep in mind, with each 1,000 bids, there needs to be a verified customer. And commissions are not cut until those bids are actually used, so if you’re looking to simply purchase sample bids and sit on them for qualification purposes, it’s not going to work here.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me at any time.
BidiFy Owner Froge Jorgensen Has History Of Legal Issues In The USA
With Past Company PlexPay Network
Frode Jorgensen’s move last week to hire MLM attorney Kevin Thompson to make sure BidiFy is legal in the U.S.A. is the best move he could make. Knowing Kevin Thompson personally, I have no doubt he will make sure BidiFy is completely legal to oporate in the USA.
I strongly suggest that ALL U.S.A. based distributors wait to promote BidiFy.com until Kevin Thompson has issues a statement letting the public know that the company is legal to operate as a U.S. based company in all 50 states.
