MLM Help Desk Questions MLM Wireless Renegade Chris Greco’s Terminal Illness and Family Deaths Based On Lack Of Evidence

Chris Greco entered the MLM Wireless scene back in late 2009, when he purportedly merged his wireless company Activation King Wireless with Global Verge.

Updated May 30th 2010… New Video Added, and over 44 new email threads at the bottom of this post from and between Chris Greco and Troy Dooly.

However, by the first quarter of 2010, he had broken ties with Global Verge, and partnered his companies Activation King Wireless and Unlimited Wizard with Panther Mobile. By the time the 2nd quarter of 2010 rolled around he had once again announced a new MLM wireless deal with Data Network Associates, where he would head up their new DNA Cellular division.

There is a boatload of rumors and propaganda flying around the Internet about Greco. Most if not all of it, is based on other folks agenda, and I have yet to see anyone focused on getting to the truth, and giving the average distributor a path to follow so they can determine if they want to be a part of any company Greco is a part of, or if it is best to wait on the sideline.

Here are some of the questions I asked Chris on Monday. I have included a synopsis of his answers, and the lack of evidence we found to support his answers.

Troy Dooly: Chris When did your mom pass away?

Chris Greco: She passed away in Ireland, and her body was flown to Quincy Massachusetts for burial.

Facts Found: After calling the Quincy Massachusetts Cemetery Director’s office, we were informed that Chris Greco’s mom had not been laid to rest in any of the six Quincy Cemeteries.

Troy Dooly: Chris what is your brother’s name who was connected with organization crime in Boston?

Chris Greco: My brother’s name was D. K. Greco (Name with held for privacy), and he was part of my uncle Whitey Bulger’s gang.

Facts Found: D.K. Greco has never been a part of the Winter Hill Gang, the gang, ran by James “Whitey Bulger before he went on the run. In researching the known gang members, and contacting some law enforcement, there is not evidence Greco was ever a made member or an associate of the Bulger gang.

Fact Found: Greco stated his bother was kill gangland style and found floating in the Boston Harbor. In researching public records for any type of gangland slayings over the last few months there is no evidence of any known organized crime figure found dead in the Boston Harbor.

Troy Dooly: Chris who is the Doctor who found your brain tumor?

Chris Greco: Dr. Zwolinski is the doctor who found my tumor, and has scheduled me to be in Boston, this Wednesday for more tests.

Facts Found: Greco called and told us he had signed release papers so his Dr. could give us the information on his condition. I was 3-way into a call with Amanda Brunet who informed me, she was the assistant to Dr. Zwolinski. I asked if Greco had a brain tumor, and she confirmed this was true. When I asked what kind and where it was located, she refused to answer. I asked for a phone number I could use to call her back if I had further questions, she gave me a phone number to a T-Mobile cell phone.

Fact Found: I tried to locate a Dr. Zwolinski was located in Myrtle Beach, and could not find one licensed, practicing physician by the name Zwolinski.

Chris Greco: Troy I have filed a police report with the Lee’s Summit Missouri police department, claiming Global Verge and Mark Petschel for fraud.

Facts Found:
Several premature rumors have surfaced over the last few days, stating “Criminal Charges Pending In Lee’s Summit. This is not correct. According to the Lee’s Summit Police Department, they are no longer involved in any case revolving Greco and Global Verge or Mark Petschel. The report filed has been sent to higher authorities to review, based on the complexity of the situation.

Based on the above information I strongly suggest ALL representatives and corporate owners do their own in-depth investigation as to the validity of anything Greco has stated since he joined the MLM Wireless scene.

As a matter of fact, if I were still in the field I would do in-depth reviews of any company and their leadership long before I throw my reputation and finances behind building it.

In closing, don’t just take what is is written on this site or any other site as the gospel truth. Make sure you know the agenda behind each site you review about any company or person to find it there are any personal vendetta’s or other agenda which might tarnish the information provided.

The following emails start with the first contact I ever had with Chris greco. Notice his original email address is the new wireless division of Global Verge. How can Chris claim his signature was forged when he is using a company email address and the fact he claims to have “merged” with Global Verge?

Breaking MLM Wireless News: What Does Global Verge Data Network Affiliates and MLM Help Desk Have in Common?

This week has to go down as one of the wildest in current MLM Wireless News history. First we broke the story of Greco scamming or trying to scam companies such as Data Network Affiliates, Global Verge aka Global Mobile 1, WOW Mobile, TeleVerus, and Panther Mobile.

Then yesterday I received a copy of a Cease and Desist letter which was delivered to George madiou, CEO of DNA. (Read It Here)

The letter is from the law firm of Marquis & Aurbach out of Nevada.

Then today, we received our own Cease and Desist letter from the same law firm. I quickly called the new attorney of Global Verge Brian Hardy to get a little more details, and to give him my unofficial response: (Read It Here)

1. Mr. Hardy made it clear that he is in the final stages of putting together the civil case against Chris Greco and will be forwarding their findings to the FBI within days.

2. I explained Kevin Thompson will be representing me officially in this situation, but unofficially, I will not remove anything on the site, until I have received valid evidence that Mr. Brady has in fact filed the case against Greco on behalf of his client Global Verge.

3. We will be making some updates over the next few days to the Global Verge/Zer01 situation, making it clear Global Verge is asking for a Summery Judgment in the amount of $350 million dollars

And out of fairness to the Global verge distributors, I will also be placing the above video on a few of the previous Global Verge posts.

Now things could get very interesting in the MLM Wireless Wars. Some of the supporting documentation is very eye opening and brings in some players from other current MLM Wireless Companies.

How Long Has MLM Help Desk Known Phil Piccolo Has Been With Data Network Affiliates

Well, it seems some folks think the connection between Phil Piccolo and Data Network Affiliates has been a secret. And I guess it might have been for folks who have no interest in DNA until we posted on Chris Greco’s travels through the different MLM Wireless Companies.

So how long have we known Phil Piccolo aka Warren Anthony has been a part of DNA?

1. Our first post on Phil Piccolo is dated on March 5th, 2010 “Data Network Affiliates and narc technologies May Be Lying to their Distributors

Inside this post you will read “But… After talking with Dean, I started doing some new research and realized that although Rod Cook the MLM Watchdog broke the story of Phil Piccollo being the mastermind behind DNA and Business From Home put up a review of Phil which set off a wave of controversy. And let’s not forget Patrick Pretty was really the first big blog to break the stories on both Narc Technologies (Narc That Car) and DNA (Data network Affiliates.) “

“If it’s true that Phil Piccolo is the mastermind behind DNA (Rumors are starting to flow that Phil may also be focusing on Automatic Geek another MLM startup) and the FTC comes down on this company. Then these both Arthur Kurek and Donald Kessler could be fined huge amounts for allowing Piccolo to run the company behind the scenes. But even worse Arthur Kurek who has worked in the highly regulated Insurance Industry for over 40 years could see his career go down the drain, or at the very least be faced with early retirement.”

Second Post was published on March 10, 2010 Phil Piccolo Calls and Threatens to File Lawsuit Against MLM Help Desk and Troy Dooly

In this post we list the following.

1. Phil Piccolo, if he is not MLMs most notorious scammer, (which by the time I am done, I will know one way or another) has to be one of the most unlucky MLM professional in history.

2. If Phil Piccolo has harmed you, your team, or your family in any way, I want you to write a comment below and let us know.

3. Phil Piccolo has at least one very well respected MLM Professional as a very close friend. This person is someone I respect, admire and have called on more than once for advice, either directly or through the training they provide.

4. Phil Piccolo understands I will not take anything off of MLM help Desk, but I will continue to write blog posts, and shoot videos sharing the facts as they become available.

What I want from every person who reads this blog post, is for you to write a comment covering one of the following…

1. If Phil Piccolo has helped you, your team or your family in any way, I want you to write a comment below and let us know.

2. If Phil Piccolo has harmed you, your team, or your family in any way, I want you to write a comment below and let us know.

Now ask yourself… What category is this post listed?
Data Network Affiliates! From the moment Rod Cook and Ted Nuyten went public, we started guiding distributors who are a part of DNA to continue asking the hard questions.

In reviewing all the comments here and elsewhere, DNA reps have and still are asking the hard questions.

On March 16, 2010 I wrote the post on George Madiou is Officially the New CEO of DNA

1. I still have the same concerns as I have had since day one of the legality of using an MLM compensation structure to pay distributors for collecting license plate data.

2. I believe without proper training the distributors who collect this data are leaving themselves and the company open for huge litigation.

3. I respect George Madiou and believe he cares about the distributors he serves.

As I have said in the past only a court can decide about the legality of any company, so time will tell.

Again, we made it very clear, DNA was not off the radar, and the concern of paying distributors for data collecting. As long as DNA is paying ANY MONEY via an MLM Compensation Structure is a huge RED FLAG!

Now, let’s look at specifically what I, Troy Dooly knows without a shadow of a doubt.

1. According to George Madiou Phil Piccolo is a consultant for Data Network Affiliates.

2. According to George Madiou Phil Piccolo has NOTHING to do with any of the financial accounts of Data Network Affiliates

3. We have not found any publicly filed documents showing that Phil Piccolo is an owner of officer of Data Network Affiliates.

And lastly, for those of you who truly read the blog and don’t just watch the video. I have truly learned something over the last six weeks of frequently talking with Phil Piccolo… I truly like the guy, and we have had some great conversations which had nothing to do about business.

Does this mean we are backing off of our investigation and fact finding mission on Piccolo before the August 27th radio show on Aces Radio Live? No! It means more than ever, I want to get to the bottom of the Phil Piccolo issue.

If Piccolo is a true scammer, who has been running a multi-decade organized series of MLM ponzi schemes, then we will find out, and we’ll expose him, even it I do like the guy.

On the other hand, if we can’t find any valid documented public record that he has been more than the most unlucky MLM UnProfessional person in history, then I’ll continue to nurture this new friendship.

This whole situation reminds me of a comment MLM Kevin Thompson said to me once “Troy you can’t judge the attorney by their clients. Not all clients follow their attorneys advice.”

Well, I have given advice to George Madiou and Phil Piccolo aka Warren Anthony, and if they do not take it, then DNA may not last long term. However, if they continue to add other products and services and get out of the data collecting business, then who knows.

It’s sad when you think about it. Some folks want to find fault in Piccolo and Madiou, even me for that matter. But they do not have an problems with an organized group of people raiding and raping several MLM field organizations.

MLM Breaking Wireless News: Chris Greco Caught Live Defrauding MLM Wireless Distributors

Over the last few months we have been watching a trend in the MLM Wireless arena. As we white boarded out the chain of events, we soon realized there was an organization who publicly is lead by Chris Greco president and founder of Activation King Wireless and Unlimited Wizard, which seems to have infiltrated just about every MLM Wireless company to launch since the fourth quarter of 2009. Over this last weekend I made it clear we would be breaking a huge story and here it is…

Now, when you listen to the audios below you will see that now only have MLM Wireless companies been effected, but at least two very strong and powerful MLM Health and Nutrition companies have also been hit with, at the very least disparaging comments and false comments.

When I was sent the original conference call over the weekend

We started watching Greco at Global Verge. Within just days we started putting together a whiteboard diagram which caused us to wonder if Greco and company has a hidden agenda. However, without hard evidence we decided to sit on the investigation and continue to watch what was happening.

Two weeks ago, was the first time we were told Dallin Larsen the CEO of MonaVie had contacted Greco to launch a new MLM Wireless company. Then last week when we heard the above audio I called and emailed Dallin to check and verify the story Greco was telling.

Dallin called me Friday of last week and stated “Troy this is the 3rd time in 24 hours I have heard this guys name. I have NEVER spoken to him period, and we are not interested changing the focus of MonaVie – Period!”

I also called BK Boreyko, and left him a message. I also emailed BK because I know he always has his iPhone with him. BK emailed me the following response…

“He’s lying. I don’t even know who he is. Never talked to him, nor would I go off focus. Let him know that if his comments become widespread and effect my leaders, I’ll come after him to remedy. Make this point really clear. I work too hard to have lame asses mess with my rep.”

I also contacted Randy Jeffers to ask him point blank, if he was causing DNA issues with Sprint, because I had received calls from DNA corporate and emails purportedly from Dan Hesse CEO of Sprint stating Randy had stated George Madiou was raiding the WOW Downline.

Randy, made it clear he had not said anything, he was to busy building his own business. I suggested a conference call with DNA and WOW, he agreed and we scheduled the call last Thursday afternoon. It was very clear by the end of the call, Greco was playing these two companies against each other.

I also talked to Harry Aston Partner in Panther Mobile last week while he was in town. He shed light on why Panther decided not to bring Greco into the company at a corporate level. Here is an interesting situation Greco talks about. This sure seems to be criminal. If I were in Panther’s shoes I would be contacting the FBI’s White Collar fraud unit.

I also contacted David Manning CEO of TraVerus to see if they have decided to re-open negotiations with Greco after he informed me, Rick Thompson an officer at TraVerus had called him, wanting to cut a deal.

David Manning wrote back ” Hi Troy I just got to fla. No we have not gone back to him Sent from my iPhone.”

So, there you have the condensed version!

I learned today and from reporters embedded in Global Pros that Chris Greco is the CEO and part owner in Global Pros. It seems from the very beginning Greco and his partners have been planning one of the biggest grifting jobs in MLM history. Yet listen to Greco explain his connection to Global Pros and what he thinks of their longevity.

The sad thing is great distributors have been hurt. Chris Greco of Activation King Wireless and Unlimited Wizard has defrauded, over 100,000 distributors in Wow Mobile, Panther Mobile, DNA Cellular, and Global Verge, who have trusted Greco and his propaganda, have had their lives played with. Personally, I am not sure I would want to be in Greco and companies shoes if some of these southern boys catch up with him… There is a reason the movies Deliverance and Gator has cult followings.

Data Network Affiliate Moved Out Of Scam Alerts By MLM Help Desk

Our goal at MLM Help Desk is not to determine if a company is a MLM scam or pyramid scheme. Our focus is to ask some hard questions, reveal areas of concern and raise the red flags which could cause the Federal trade Commission or individual State Attorney generals to question the legitimacy of the company as a viable MLM business opportunity.

From the very beginning we have voiced huge concerns over the use of an MLM compensation structure by DNA or any other company, when paying their “distributors” to collect license plates; this concern has not changed, however Data Network Affiliates has made some major strives to show the direct selling industry their goal is to create a viable long term MLM business opportunity for the average distributor, as well as the full-time MLM professional.

As a matter of fact Bob Sullivan of The Red Tape Chronicles over at MSNBC has taken an interest in Data Network Affiliates and just wrote an interesting article on both DNA and Narc. What I found interesting is the fact, Sullivan found the need to explain the difference between a MLM scam and a legitimate MLM business opportunity.

Listen to the official announcement of DNA Cellular On April 10, 2010

DNA Connects

With the launch of DNA Connects in 18 days, Data Network Affiliates will be providing a viable marketing channel between their distributors and the end buyer, which is exactly what the FTC and AGs will be looking for, if they decide to review DNA for violations.

This week also brought the launch of the DNA Cellular division. Data Network Affiliates teamed up with Chris Greco who is a well known figure in the wireless community. Chris came on to the MLM wireless scene a few months ago, and since then has played a part in helping more than one company get their wireless companies launched.

Greco and his team have quickly proven they are the people to see if your an MLM company wanting to solidify or launch a wireless company or division.

And with DNA Cellular announcing an UNLIMITED Talk & Text $10.00 monthly service, the MLM wireless wars just heated up to an all new level.

So, although there are still many unanswered questions as to the future of Data Network Affiliates, it is clear they are moving towards launching a viable MLM business opportunity for their current and future distributors.

We will continue to monitor Data Network Affiliates, and if we see new concerns we will be raising questions with the founders and leadership of DNA for answers.

Like all MLM companies, it takes strong leadership in the corporate office and even stronger leadership in the field, and this is yet to be seen.

We will continue to monitor the DNA situation, staying in contact with the corporate leadership, and listening to the folks in this community who continue to post comments and sending emails keeping us up to date on what the field is seeing from the inside.

George Madiou is Officially the New CEO of DNA aka Data Network Affiliates

George Madiou – founder of the Network Marketing Magazine, talked to MLM Help Desk for close to two hours today, and officially verified he is the new CEO of DNA aka Data Network Affiliates.

George and I go way back, and as I stated over the weekend, I was not going to voice my opinion until I had talked to him personally. Well here is the conversation in a nutshell.

DNA aka Data Network Affiliates and Narc That Car May Be Running Interstate Crime Campaigns

This week one of our Investigative Advocates brought to our attention some very important information which could cause some MLM License Plate collecting companies some major issues.

This new concern, which surfaced this week, comes from the fact License Plates and the information contained on them is not the property of the individuals driving the car. After doing a little research in my own home state of Florida, I am quickly learning that the license numbers, actually the license plates themselves belong to Florida.

So, what happens when this data is collected by employees, or independent contractors working for a private company, with the specific purpose of reselling this information for a profit?

In some, if not all States it is a crime, and seen as selling stolen property of the State who issued the License Plates. This could place both Data Network Affiliates and Narc That Car in a position of defending the actions of their distributors and themselves from running an Interstate Crime Syndicate of independent reps who are selling information which is to be used only by the State and law enforcement.

I strongly suggest distributors of DNA aka Data Network Affiliates and Narc That Car check on the laws in their specific state before beginning to collect license plate numbers.

Now, I have heard Data Network Affiliates is not looking at the License Plate Data, as their main core business in the near future, and will soon be revealing something that will revolutionize the MLM world.

If any DNA reps can give me some details, I would love to hear what this is. It DNA is leaving behind the License Plate gig, and moving to provide services or products to legitimate end users through their field force, then I want to know.

Although, I have asked some hard questions over the last week, I will also be the first one to yell from the tree tops, if Data brings out a viable business for distributors, which will not bring the regulators calling.
