With a part time (not spare time) effort for one year, he was able to quit his job and devote all his time to growing his own business. The next year his income tripled and in his third year he earned more in a month from a home-based Direct Sales business than he had earned in his best year as a Civil Engineer. Although Donna is a Canadian by birth and upbringing, she has lived in the U.S.A. for almost 25 years.
She spent the first 10 years working many long hours in the legal field. She learned, first hand, the struggles of maintaining a corporate job, choosing many times between family and work. While the pay was excellent and she felt accomplished at work, the compromise of family time for the employer was not fun. Frustration set in when she realized that she had hit the proverbial “glass ceiling”. She had reached the top of her career and was faced with either being content in that current job, going to law school to become an attorney, or finding something completely new. Dr. Davidson has been in healthcare for over 35 years. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse, specializing in pediatric intensive care. For the last 30 years she has been a practicing physician, first board-certified in Emergency Medicine and now also board-certified in Integrative/Holistic Medicine. During her 20 years as an emergency medicine physician, she spent 11 years working in, and running, a Level 1 Trauma Center.
