MLM Company Review: State CE is a small niche MLM Opportunity, which truly is a niche dominator. of course there is no one else in their niche so it is easy to dominate. 
Having invested close to 15 years with A.L. Williams/Primerica and World Marketing Alliance, this company would have come in handy for me, both as an income opportunity and for my continuing ed.
Although the website looks like it was launched back in 2000, the overall content was very straight forward.
State CE just passed the 10,000 rep mark, which I truly believe is remarkable since they are operating in a very tight niche market.
Now, since State CE is working within some highly regulated professions, it is easy to see why they are so tight in their Policies & Procedures.
All in all I believe this is a solid little company offering a great service and business opportunity for those entrepreneurs who have been a part of one of the following virtual markets.

X-Ray Tech
Private Security
Cosmetology
Electricians
HVAC
Home Inspection
