I would be interested in this interview. You might do some background checks on Mark, he has a shady past and defrauded people in a non-MLM scheme. I believe in second chances but those issues should be brought up.

I took care of the spelling (I do the same thing about half the time.)
I also believe in second chances myself. I have purposely not brought up Mark’s past because I wanted to chat with him personally before making that part of the overall picture.
However, more and more folks are bringing this up, and I have already been in contact with friends in the MO AG’s office on this situation.
As of right now I am letting Len Clement handle this side of things, although if Mark does not reach out with a time for an interview by the first of the week, I will provide the documentation on both the charges and the disposition in the case.
I can say, that because of the plead agreement in the above mentioned case, I want to believe that Mark is just having growing pains, and would not jeopardize his overall freedom.
Have you heard anything from Mark yet. Please keep me advised.

Mark is NOT the CEO of Zer01. He pled guilty to security fraud in the State of Missouri. Global Verge is a real company with offices (kinda) in the state of Missouri and the state of Nevada.
As for continuing in oporation… That is the million dollar question.
what do you know about the technology on cellulars that global verge is been trying to lunch it is Real?…like what they said you can plug your cell on a TV and watch a movie or provied internet to your lat top and so much more…
I am desperate with all this because I work hard and have few people sign under me on this…thx

The last thing any of us want to see is Global Verge not make it as a company. However, we also don’t want to see folks take money, give people false hope, then disappear with the cash.
As for the technology behind Zer01. I have never said it does not work. The basic concept as been around for years, and several companies including Amped Mobile the last company Mark have contracted with uses the technology. However, so far none in the USA have lasted.
The ability to use your cell phone as a wireless modem has been around for years, so there is nothing new to that. And I can plug in my iPod or iPhone into my TV and watch videos, so none of this is catagory creating.
However, the ability to pay a real flat rate is a great thing.
But, since most folks in the USA who use cell phones are under contract, the question remains will they buy an additional phone and add $69 per month to an already tight budget.
Don’t be desperate, there are other wireless mlm companies and at least one who had been doing what Buzzirk is trying to do worldwide for 6 years.

This Mark Petschel scandle needs to be put to rest once and for all! , Is he or is he not out of the company. Is he still involved in some compacity or other form with GV?
We now know that he was convicted. Why has it not been explained to us and how it could affect the GV family. IS he a member of the GV board? or was he really fired?

Mark was never fired. During the height of the Zer01/Buzzirk news coming from the tech world. Ben asked Mark to step down as the day-to-day face of the company. But… What company is the question. Was that Buzzirk or Global Verge. But since he is the co-founder, and the “Board” for Global Verge is basically Mark & ted, I really doubt the “Board” ever fired him. Especially, since he was to have held a public meeting in KC last week, and Triple Diamonds who visited the home office in Lee’s Summit, said he was there working around the clock.
As for his conviction. He was convicted, is curently serving his probation, and according to the Probation Office in Missouri has not had any violations in the past. (Not sure how they feel right this second about GV/Buzzirk. If he is not found to violate his probation, and fulfills all of his probation requirements then he will be off Probation in May of 2010.
Although, I disapprove of bulking investors out of their hard earned money, if he is repaying with interest, and have learned from his past sins, transgressions or whatever else we want to call it (just don’t call it a mistake), then he has the right to build any business he desires.
But, if Global Verge aka Buzzirk is just a new scam, then I hope the Feds or the State will shut him down for good this time.

Hey,troy thank for this info about GLOBAL VERGE AND FDI but I think this are just Rich people using poor people dreams they don’t have absolutely nothing even FDI with this video… thats not enough because they have not put it on no body out side of FDI yet thats just another GV (comming soon) for month and month now…
I joing TRAVERUS after been here and there (comming soon) and the only reason why is because TRAVERUS is not charging to joing and there comp plan is huge
we do have the phones and tech. available to who ever want to try it in the company and phones start when out on monday 31 aug.

FDI/GI Connect has several videos out on their products, and several Techs who market just the products not the opportunity. You might read through some of the other posts here to see about all their products, not just the cell phone side of things.
Now, I am not an expert on wireless cell phone technology, but I do know a little about Internet security, and none of these phones when used via the net have the security they need to keep your private info safe on the phones. Something to think about.
