Reps don’t quit…I feel for you…sad to see this happen
Troy’s Response: Coffee 77, I would not call Ignite 360 a fire. The services work and work well. The issue is the average person doesn’t fully understand the threats on the net or their computers and the learning curve is longer than most reps can stand.
In this case, we could have continued to take $50 to $100 a month from distributors, but instead decided it was best to keep them on the services at $5 per month.
Of those distributors still active they were already retailing the services, not building teams. In our case no one last any money or monthly commissions.
